Each rod formed by hand and set turning around a common centre. The relief is built outward, not cut in — every rod stands free and throws its own shadow onto the panel behind it.
From across a room, a single dark mass. At arm's length, a field of separate objects.
The only rod-built work in the SHADOW series.
Hand-sculpted in plaster using a fiber-reinforced composite system. Mineral black pigment. Matte sealed finish.
Each piece individually worked. No two identical.
Depth 4". French cleat system. One half fitted to the work, the other mounts to your wall. Sized to the piece.
Custom dimensions for residential and commercial projects upon request.
Signed and dated. Certificate of Authenticity included. Made in Brooklyn. Ships worldwide.
