If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Please retain the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that it may take several business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately with photos of the packaging and the item so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it promptly.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are non-returnable, including custom, made-to-order, commissioned, or personalized artworks.

Because our works are handcrafted, slight variations in texture, surface, and form are part of the artistic process and are not considered defects.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you receive the item you want is to return the item you have and make a separate purchase for the new item once the return is accepted.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. The item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging.
