SHIPPING POLICY

Effective: 08.19.2026

All works are made to order in our Brooklyn studio and shipped insured.

PRODUCTION TIME
Up to 24" — 1 to 2 weeks
32" and 44" — 2 to 3 weeks
64" — 4 to 5 weeks
84" — 5 to 7 weeks

Rod-built works require an additional 1 to 2 weeks.
Production time begins when payment clears. Delays are communicated by email.

DOMESTIC — CONTINENTAL US
Free on all sizes.

Up to 44" — UPS Ground or USPS Priority, 3 to 7 business days
after production. Tracking provided.

64" and 84" — crated freight with curbside delivery. Transit 5 to 10 business days. The carrier schedules a delivery window by phone. Curbside means the crate is delivered to the curb; 

White glove delivery and installation available on request,
quoted per address.

Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico are quoted individually.

INTERNATIONAL
We ship worldwide. Freight is quoted individually and confirmed before the order is processed.

Duties, VAT, and customs fees are the recipient's responsibility. As original works of art (HS 9701.21), reduced import rates apply in many countries — contact the studio and we will confirm the figures for your destination before you order.

Customs clearance can add delay beyond the carrier's estimate.

RESTRICTIONS
We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

DAMAGE
Inspect the work on delivery. Photograph any damage to the crate or packaging before unpacking. Report damage within 48 hours to info@sizmari.one with photographs. All shipments are insured.

ADDRESS CHANGES
Contact us immediately. Changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has entered production.

LOST OR STOLEN
All shipments are insured and tracked. If a package is marked delivered but not received, contact us and we will open a claim with the carrier.
